Welcome to Thought Management!

Here, you will learn how to intentionally manage your own thoughts and feelings. This is the skill of emotional freedom. Each week, I will post content below. Content will include:

  • Teaching: I’ll share the recording of a class covering the core topics of the week. The recording will be available in video and audio, to accommodate different learning preferences.

  • Practice: I’ll offer exercises to help you apply what you’re learning. Exercises will be shared in downloadable PDF worksheets. (If you don’t have a printer, you can 100% just use a journal to do the exercises by hand!)

Consuming content is fun and easy. Practicing new skills is more time consuming and challenging. But life can only change when you apply what you learn. I highly recommend taking the time to do all of the exercises.

To get the most out of this program, try to find 2 hours/week of uninterrupted quiet time. That will be enough to consume the content and do the exercises. If it’s easier, you can break up the time: Listen to the content on your walks and car rides. But be sure to find 30 minutes of quiet time later and do the exercises.
