    • Uncertain Ursula (who is experiencing the loss of a job she loves)

    • Time-Stretched Tammy (who is feeling overwhelmed by the demands on her time)

  • Learn how to navigate transitions with resilience - including sometimes allowing grief to come along for the ride.

  • Learn the importance of managing your time proactively and authentically, and some strategies to help.

  • Practice applying Thought Management to your own life.
