Week 2: Understanding the Helpful Message

This week, we’re going to practice understanding the helpful message beneath your anxiety and overthinking (and letting go of the extra ‘drama’ that’s not serving you!) That will include separating circumstance (the ‘facts’) from thoughts (our subjective interpretation of the facts.) It will also include analyzing our own unconscious thoughts to explore how they are true or not true, and what they are creating in our lives.
