Thought Management Overview
In this video, you will learn what thought management is. I’ll also introduce you to ‘the full thought management exercise,’ which will enable you to manage your thoughts and feelings effectively and authentically in any situation (the exercise is also found in the worksheet below the video!)
I’d encourage you to try the exercise, starting with a situation that triggers only a small amount of negative thought and emotion for you. If you find the exercise difficult, don’t fret!
